Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of travel booking and related services offered by VGroup Ventures LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through https://www.VGroupVentures.com/. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking Documents

When you make a reservation through our website or service center, you may receive the following:

  • Itinerary: Sent immediately after your reservation request. It summarizes your travel details and confirms that we have transmitted your booking request to the relevant travel supplier(s).
  • E-ticket or Invoice Receipt: Sent after the supplier(s) confirm your travel arrangements. This document is proof of booking and must be presented when traveling.

Please review these documents carefully. If you notice any discrepancies, contact our Service Center immediately.

2. Traveler Responsibilities

  • Hold all required travel documents (passport, visa, health/vaccination certificates, etc.).
  • Meet the entry, safety, and security requirements of each destination.
  • Comply with local rules, airline regulations, and baggage inspection procedures.
  • Print and carry your e-ticket if required by authorities for check-in access.

3. Relationship with Travel Suppliers

VGroup Ventures LLC acts solely as a booking agent for third-party travel suppliers (“Suppliers”), such as airlines, hotels, car rental providers, and tour operators.

  • We do not own or operate the travel services you book.
  • We are not responsible for Supplier performance, delays, cancellations, errors, or changes.
  • Unless explicitly guaranteed in writing, we cannot ensure the availability, pricing, scheduling, or service quality of Suppliers.
  • You acknowledge that travel may involve risks (including but not limited to delays, cancellations, natural events, health risks, or Supplier bankruptcy).

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected disruptions.

4. Changes and Cancellations

  • To change or cancel your reservation, contact our Service Center as soon as possible.
  • If you fail to board your flight, you must notify the airline or us immediately to preserve eligibility for refunds or credits.
  • Most discounted or promotional tickets carry restrictions, penalties, or are non-refundable. In many cases, cancellation penalties may exceed the ticket value.
  • Refunds, if any, are subject to the airline’s or Supplier’s policies. Always request and retain receipts when dealing directly with airlines.
  • Deposits and prepayments are governed by the Supplier’s cancellation terms.

5. Air Travel Rules

Reconfirmations

  • Domestic flights: Reconfirm at least 24 hours before departure.
  • International flights: Reconfirm at least 72 hours before departure. Failure to reconfirm may result in cancellation of onward or return flights.

Identification & Check-In

  • Valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., passport, driver’s license) is required at check-in.
  • Suggested check-in times (may vary by airline and airport):
    • Domestic: at least 1 hour prior to departure.
    • International: at least 3 hours prior to departure.
  • Late check-in may result in denied boarding.

Other Airline Policies

  • Baggage fees: Airlines may apply additional fees and update them without notice.
  • Overbooking: Airlines may overbook flights. If you are denied boarding, compensation rules vary by country and airline.
  • Prepaid tickets: Some airlines charge a non-refundable service fee for prepaid ticket pickups.
  • Lost paper tickets: If tickets are lost, stolen, or destroyed, you remain responsible for payment until the airline issues a refund (subject to service charges).

6. Limitation of Liability

  • By booking travel with VGroup Ventures LLC, you acknowledge and accept that:
  • We are not liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or expenses caused by Suppliers or events outside our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, political unrest, airline bankruptcies).
  • Your participation in travel activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid directly to us for the booking in question.

7. Insurance Recommendation

Airline and Supplier coverage may be limited. We strongly encourage purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover risks such as cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, or unexpected disruptions.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a reservation or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You also agree to share this information with other travelers included in your booking.
