Flight Cancellations
- To cancel a flight booked with VGroup Ventures, please contact our customer service team directly at +1 (855) 767 9339.
- You will receive two key documents after booking:
- Itinerary Document: Sent immediately after booking, confirming your request details.
- E-ticket / Invoice Receipt: Sent once all travel arrangements are confirmed with the airline or supplier. This acts as your proof of booking.
- 24-Hour Rule: Most flights can be canceled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.
- Airline Change/Cancel Fees: If you wish to change or cancel after 24 hours, airline-imposed fees may apply, along with any fare difference for rebooking.
- Refund Restrictions: Some fares are strictly non-refundable. Please check the fare rules included in your itinerary before making changes.
- Future Travel Credit: Even if your ticket is non-refundable, some airlines may issue a credit for future travel if canceled before departure.
- Direct Airline Cancellations: For certain low-cost or regional airlines, you may need to contact the carrier directly.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are subject to airline, hotel, or tour operator rules and are not always guaranteed.
- In cases of Force Majeure (events beyond control such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions), the company is not liable to provide a refund.
- If a refund is approved, processing typically takes 15–45 business days depending on the supplier.
- No refunds will be made for unused services, no-shows, or partially completed tours.
Conditions of Travel
- Clients must adhere strictly to the Tour Program. Failure to join, late joining, or early departure will result in no refund.
- If you are unable to join due to personal reasons (illness, loss of documents, missed flights, etc.), your booking will be treated as a “no-show” and 100% cancellation charges will apply.
- If a client discontinues the tour mid-way (due to illness, family emergency, or any other reason), no refund will be granted for unutilized services.
- Pre-tour services (such as flights or hotel nights booked under promotional packages) that go unused will not be refunded.
- The company reserves the right to withdraw a client’s participation if their behavior is disruptive or harmful to the tour group. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Limitation of Liability
- The maximum liability of VGroup Ventures shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the booking.
- We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental expenses (e.g., missed connections, additional accommodations, or alternate travel arrangements).
- Special charges, peak-season surcharges, or price hikes by suppliers must be borne by the client, even after booking.
Legal Terms
- Any legal claim against VGroup Ventures must be filed within 7 days of the last day of the tour.
- Discounts, promotions, or schemes offered by the company may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
