🎉 No Payment = No Risk

Since V Group Ventures does not require payment upfront for booking requests, there is nothing to refund for submitted requests. You only pay after confirming a fare with our team.

Booking Request Submissions

Submitting a booking request is completely free. If you change your mind after submitting a request but before confirming a fare with our team, simply inform your travel expert and no charges apply.

Confirmed Bookings

For bookings that have been confirmed and ticketed, refund eligibility depends on the airline fare rules. Our team will explain these rules clearly before you confirm. Most discounted fares are non-refundable, while flexible fares may allow changes or refunds.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation, any applicable refund from the airline will be processed within 7-21 business days after receiving the airline credit or refund confirmation. Flight credits for future travel are also common and can be applied to new bookings.

Service Fee

If a service fee was charged for our booking assistance, this fee may be refundable if the booking was cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, or non-refundable after 24 hours. Our team will advise you at the time of booking.
